Katie please advise

Katie please look at the posted reviews! This is a great app in theory but its not user friendly! How can I turn my thoughts around if they dont appear when keyboard is open. I know Katie to be someone who does everything with great eye to work in detail and grace. All her events and facilitators are well trained and run. Please Katie can you have a competent app design as well? The work of Katie is a God send but this app is not user friendly and a turn off. Please advise!
