Its Crap!

Im extremely unimpressed and disappointed that I wasted the 1.99 on this app. I was looking into the Liberator Method and came across this ladys work (Byron Katie?) maybe I had to read her book to understand the point of twisting sentences around but it was anti-climactic and left me feeling like "duuuh? What just happened? Nothing...except for wasting my money". Dont bother.
