The Work App App Reviews

I love this app. Now I can do the Work in a few minutes wherever I am. I have it on an iPhone and suspect the people with bad reviews are on another platform as it is only $1.99 for iPhone. It works beautifully and the design is wonderfully simple and easy to use. Life is good.

Indeed, the app is like Katie holding my hand in the work but I cant save the results!!! I do not have an option button to save or email to myself as stated in the description. Developers, can you please add the option to save in the app as well as to share the results in the next update! It is very important for me to be able to revisit my work! Thanks!

Well Im glad I paid only $2 and not $5 like some people. The app could stand a lot of improvement. For example, a full worksheet format where you are not limited to only 4 turnarounds. And, especially, the ability to save your work to go back to later. Otherwise, if you dont email it to yourself at the end, its gone forever -- all that inquiry -- poof! Gone! Really could be a life changing app to have on hand at any moment, but needs some "work" itself.

The update is great! Smaller file size and clearer. Katie supports me as I write my concepts, answer the questions, work the turnarounds and then email the facilitations to myself. So sweet. Audios and videos explaining how to do The Work on my iPhone --priceless.

I like the app but it is rather limited in scope. It would be good to have a "start over" button in the pages. You have to keep going with a particular direction or erase all your entries.

This is a truly marvelous app, but it needs to have screen support for the iPhone 5, I have actually never had this app crash on me, which is amazing. The reason I have it only four stars is because of the lack of support for the iPhone 5s bigger screen.

The app is in general good but now I cant see my typing after two lines. The instructions need to move upwards and the typing needs a scroll so the user can at least look at the last thing he wrote. Picture of Katie takes up valuable space. Aesthetics take valuable space. Even if it doesnt look that good make it more functional. THE IMPOTRTANT THING IS TO DO "THE WORK" NOT PASSING TO THE SECOND ROUND OF A CYBER BEAUTY CONTEST! Now it would be great if the app worked also on landscape mode.

I wish everything didnt have to have her picture plastered all over it like a real estate agent.

Im extremely unimpressed and disappointed that I wasted the 1.99 on this app. I was looking into the Liberator Method and came across this ladys work (Byron Katie?) maybe I had to read her book to understand the point of twisting sentences around but it was anti-climactic and left me feeling like "duuuh? What just happened? Nothing...except for wasting my money". Dont bother.

Please make this application have the ability to store work for future reference. It would be so helpful.

Dreadfully disappointing update. Wake up wake up! Why has there been no correction to the horrible update that prevents the user from seeing what they write? Its been months! And the reviews seem skewed, because the app is practically unusable. I sent a detailed explanation of iPhone woes, but this app team is asleep. So disappointing.

Unlike the wonderful, newer iPad app, Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet, which walks you through your stressful thoughts most effectively, "The Work App" is awful. One cannot navigate within the the app, so theres no editing previous stressful thoughts or getting any context or an overview of where you are going. Very poorly designed app. Get the iPad app, "Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet" instead.

Going through step-by-step is great but when one thought is investigated, no option to save or go to the next thought without closing app and reopening. Picture of Katie is self serving and unnecessary for doing the work. Not enough screen space to see what has been written and follow own thoughts as I go along. The idea is great and I love being able to have the Work on the go. Could really use some work and please take large photo of BK out of process. This is my work.

Very happy and satisfied I bought this app. Glad I was not guided by some of the reviews.

I love this app, yet while Im working on it, it often times turns itself off and I lose all my writings. Or sometimes I dont have enough time to work through one liner and want to work it later, yet it doesnt hold the data for a long time. Please add "save" function so that I can keep the entry. Then this app is perfect!!

This app is disturbing to the "felt sense". Trust your gut. Its got a big pic of katie taking up space and thats a wonderful thing to change. I believe this is driven by katie. Google "janaki byron katie" to learn more. I wrote the webmaster about their bizarre use of acreage on this app with her photo, and havent heard a reply. No suprise there. The work is a great tool. See it as only that if you wish.

Its literally been a year since the last update which rendered the app unusable. Ive given up. I plan to get my money back from these losers, one way or another.

This app is worthless! Dont waste money on it!

I love having this simple way to examine my thoughts and quickly feel better. I am a psychotherapist and this is one of the most effective tools Ive ever found. However the app could use some upgrades. For example allowing the user to use the keyboard sideways; improving scrolling so users can read what they are writing better and having the navigation arrows more responsive. Thank you for this app. I love having the Work into pocket. It is helping me through a rough time.

I wish this could rotate... Is dificult use it in only one position I love this work and the app Thanks
